TV Prime Day Deals — Best LG TV Deals

We finally have a Prime Deal for an LG OLED. After chucking their NanoCell TVs at customers on the first day, LG has come up trumps with its latest OLED now part of the Prime Day festivities.

The TV on sale is the LG OLED BX, which has seen reductions for 65-inch models (the 55-inch sale is over). This is LG’s entry-level OLED for 2020, sitting below the LG CX.

We’ve not reviewed this TV yet, and while we don’t believe it’ll have the same picture quality as the CX due to its processor, it does feature Dolby Vision & Atmos and supports 4K/120Hz that the next-gen consoles will be able to offer.

Deal: LG OLED65BX6LA  for just £1799 (original RRP £1999)

TV Prime Day Deals — Best Panasonic TV Deals

Panasonic is discounting a select number of TVs for Prime Day. We’ve not seen a great deal on one of its OLEDs yet, but you can deals on its mid-range HX800 TV.

We’ve reviewed the 58-inch version “a refined LED LCD with cinematic flair… fine detail performance, colour handling and accommodating HDR support make for a mid-ranger with a touch of class”. The model on offer is the 50-inch version, which should be ideal for those with smaller rooms who need a TV that can make Hollywood films look great without busting the bank balance.

Deal: Panasonic TX-50HX800B for just £399 (original RRP £466)

TV Prime Day Deals — Best Philips Ambilight TV Deals

Philips has dropped the prices across its LED range of TVs. Unfortunately that means we’ve not seen discounts on its OLEDs as yet.

The latest price reduction is on a 70-inch 8000 Series TV. If you’ve got the space for a big TV, then this 70PUS8545 is at a very price.  You get a big screen performance from a TV that supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and is stocked with Android TV, throwing compatibility with Chromecast and Google Assistant. And let’s not forget the Ambilight feature, which projects colours onto the surface behind to mimic the colours on the screen.

Deals: Philips 70PUS8545 for just £849 (original RRP £999)

TV Prime Day Deals — Best Samsung TV Deals

The first day of Prime Day saw Samsung offer a few deals on its cheaper QLED TVs. Day 2 was seen the price drop on its 8K QLED sets.

The model on sale is the 65-inch, the entry-level size of its premium 8K range. We’ve reviewed the 75-inch TV earlier in the year and called it the “most attractive LCD TV” that we’ve tested. The Q950TS has Samsung’s new cutting edge Object Tracking Sound+ audio system, and there’s an argument to be made that it makes 4K content look even better than it does on a native 4K set.

Deal: Samsung Q950TS for just £4999 (original RRP £5499)

TV Prime Day Deals — Best TCL TV Deals

TCL has reduced the prices for its latest QLED TVs for Prime Day 2020.

Though Samsung dominates the QLED TV market, TCL’s QLEDs are cheaper than by some margin. The C715 comes in three sizes and has features such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Android TV (which includes Chromecast and Google Assistant compatibility). Prices have dropped around £100 for these sets.

Deal: TCL 50C715K for just £399 (original RRP £499)

Deal: TCL55C715K for just £499 (original RRP £599)
