How to restore iPad
When restoring an iPad to factory defaults, the data you have on it will be deleted, and the settings will go back to default. For that reason, you should create a backup first, and when you are done you can move to factory reset. Here is what you need to do:
- Open Settings on your iPad
- Tap General
- Now tap Reset
- Tap Erase all content and settings
- If prompted enter your Apple ID
- Tap Erase iPad to confirm your action.
